Quality assurance
We use the state-of-the-art CAD/CAM SolidWorks and SolidCam software for the production set-up. With this system, we can manufacture complex details in a short time. We can also work with 3D models developed in other systems and provided by the Client. We combined the CNC machines with the computer network to ensure that changes and modifications of the processed parts can be made promptly.
We only use machining tools by renowned brands to ensure high quality of our machining operations.
The entire manufacturing process is supervised by our skilled staff, who also check the produced parts with precise measuring tools. We also do automatic measurements with a 3D measuring machine and semi-automatic height gauges.
